Reading Delivered Email
How to keep track of email delivery and recepient’s reading?
I have to send email to like 50 to 100 different persons. I was putting everyone’s addres in the “”TO”" column. People have objected that their email addresses ae being shared and they do’nt like it. Now I began using “”BCC”” for the same purpose so email addresses can not be shared. One person keep complaning he is not getting my emails. Since I put his name in the ””BCC”” column, so I do not have any proof that I sent him the email because in the ””TO”” column there is only one name and all others were in the ””BCC””. In my sent mail folder, I have only one email as a proof but that one is only of the person who’s name I put in the ””TO”” coulum.
Is there any way that sender can keep track of following things:
1. When (date and time) the email was delivered to the
recepient;
2. When recepient read the email.

Go to your sent folder and click Full Headers to see who was in BCC.
Yahoo mail has no way of knowing read receipt or delivery time.
Use Out look or AOL Mail to track read or delivery time.
